Our business is people — people helping people. In this section, we give you the chance to meet Ron Konkin, his wife Tina and some of the directors who will be presenting at the seminars you attend. Ron & Tina Konkin, have been in the personal growth and development industry since 1993. They trained for 2 years with one of Dr. Phil’s partners in Vancouver, BC. In 1995, they launched “Lifeline Seminars” and since then have seminars running in Vancouver, BC, Winnipeg, MB. and Orange County, California. Ron and Tina Konkin will not only be insightful and encouraging, but also candid in dealing with the core issues that are tearing families apart. The proved counseling methods and relationship games developed with Dr. Phil’s programs provide exactly what you need to get your relationship on track, and your life lived in a positive motion.

As a professional counselor, life coach, speaker, facilitator and Couples Retreat / Relationship BootCamp Director, Ron’s experience lies in working with people in the area of finding their worth. His passion is working with individuals and relationships helping them achieve lasting results.

Without self-worth, life can seem meaningless and UnN-fulfilling. Ron’s question to his coaching clients and to seminar groups is always “how are you doing life”, and “how would you like to be “doing” life in the future”. Ron has over 20 years experience working with people, helping them improve their relationship with themselves and others.

Both Ron and his wife Tina trained with one of Dr. Phil McGraw’s partners Thelma Box back in the early nineties. After attending a seminar facilitated by Thelma, they realized how much more powerful an experiential seminar is and what power a group dynamic has. Since that time Ron & Tina have facilitated hundreds of seminars for individuals, couples, families, teens and businesses.

Ron Konkin has a 3 year degree in Pastoral Care/Theology and Family Counseling.

Ron and Tina have been married for over 30 years and have three children.

Ron Konkin is the Director of both Orange County, CA & Vancouver, BC.

Tina has worked with children, youth and adults both locally and abroad. Tina strongly believes that adults with low self-esteem or lack of confidence are only children and youth with unresolved issues. Her years of experience have made her an expert as both a Public Speaker and Facilitator.

Tina has a strong belief that in order for anyone to be successful they must move out of the victim role into a place of knowing who they are. A person’s dreams and aspirations can only go as far as a person’s belief system of who they are.

Tina Konkin has an Associate of Arts Degree & 3 year study in Youth and Family Counseling.

Tina Konkin is a director, trainer and operations manager for the USA and Canadian Office.

Jenny Konkin, Director of Operations For Canadian Office, Vancouver, Canada

Bachelor of Arts Degree- Psychology, Simon Fraser University

Jenny Konkin has grown up in the seminar industry and is no stranger to the world of personal growth and development. As a teenage girl, she would come and sit in the trainings with her Mom and Dad, Ron & Tina Konkin, observing the pain so many people carry in their lives. This led her to continue her education. Jenny now has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. Ron says “she has the best traits of her Mom and Dad and is maturing as a facilator, as well as being an excellent marketing and public relations director in Canada.”

Margaret Aubin – Manager for US Office, Director of Sales & Operations, Life Coach, Facilitator, Orange County, CA, USA

Margaret Aubin started her career as a business-woman in Manchester, England. After 18 years she was feeling unfulfilled, even though her business had grown to be the largest model agency in North England. Margaret realized that her purpose was to help hurting people. She has now been involved in ministries and personal growth programs for the last 14 years, in Canada and The United States.

Margaret became a facilitator and life-coach with Only Imagine Seminars, SuccessTracs and The Relationship BootCamp after going on her own journey of healing and growth.

Margaret and her husband, Paul, work with singles and couples helping them find personal transformations through seminars and coaching. Her purpose is to help others move beyond their past and accept the challenges of the future.

Paul Stanley, rpc - Facilitator, Life/Relationship Coach, Winnipeg, MB, Canada

Paul Stanley has had a heart for hurting people for a long time, and believes his purpose is to come along side those in need, helping them to find healing in a lasting way. Whether it’s on the phone, across a kitchen table, or standing in front of a crowd, his passion is to see people set free.

As a personal Life Coach, Relationship Coach, Director and business man, Paul is not afraid of asking the tough questions. Paul is a results oriented Coach and Director. When you tell him you aren’t doing well, he’ll ask you “what are you doing about it”.

Married for over 17 years to Laura his wife and partner, as well as followed around by 4 awesome children, life is never dull in the Stanley house. Paul and Laura’s motto is “every guest who leaves their home leaves better than when they arrived”.

Paul is the first to admit that balancing family life with the rest of his passions and responsibilities is one of life’s greatest challenges. His commitment to his family is that he’ll never lose one of them to save someone else.
